Six single-use sachets of finely shaved Classic Bushi, 3g each. Since the samurai era, katsuobushi has been a gift wishing for victory. The character 克 conveys perseverance and achievement. This gift wishes people of every gender the strength to overcome their own challenges: exams, job searches, sports, a new beginning, illness or hardship. Also a gift to yourself. A deep black box tied with a matcha-green accent presents a traditional Japanese flavor in a modern Japanese style, ideal as a souvenir.

About Classic Bushi Honkarebushi is made by repeatedly cultivating a beneficial mold on smoked bonito and drying it in the sun. During every mold-cultivation stage, we play Mozart in the curing storehouse, hoping to encourage the culture. Classic Bushi combines this tradition with the time and care of our classic production methods.
